The Delta JV baseball team traveled to Blackford last night, and claimed their second straight road win of the week by defeating the Bruins 14-4 in 6 innings.   The Eagles scored early and often by putting 5 runs up in the first inning.  Eight different Eagles had hits last night including a stellar 2-2 performance

Arian Coffey carried the Delta Eagles to a 9-7 victory over Wapahani on Tuesday with a strong game at the plate and on the bump, giving the Eagles an upset win and their 6th straight victory over the previously unbeaten Raiders. Ziebart Player of the Week

Congrats to Adisyn Coffey for earning Ziebart Player of the Week in Varsity Baseball. Last week Adisyn was 5 of 8 hitting .625 average on the week.  Adisyn had 3 runs scored, 5 RBI’s, 2 sb’s,  1 double and 1 sacrifice fly. He also pitched a scoreless inning against Elwood to end the game.

Delta Wins 5th Straight

The Delta Eagles continued their hot winning ways last night against Muncie Central.  The Eagles won a thriller coming all the way back to win in extra innings, to win 10-9.   The Eagles were down 2 runs in the bottom of the seventh, and started a rally after Brady Pease hit his first career homerun.
